What is the QEP?
- The Quality Enhancement Plan is a long-range project which focuses on student learning and enhances the mission and goals of the College. The QEP document, prepared as part of the SACS reaffirmation process, provides detailed information about the development and implementation of the selected project.
How will the QEP benefit students?
- The QEP focuses on a well-defined issue directly related to student learning and will have a measurable impact on the college's programs, activities, and offerings.

Guidelines for selecting a QEP topic:
- Focuses on a specific, measureable aspect of student learning.
- Supports the mission and goals of the college.
- Solicits college and community input.
- Addresses areas for institutional improvement.
- Enables ongoing quality enhancement.
- Contains clear and actionable goals.
- Uses available institutional resources.
- Enables effective evaluation.

Your responses to the QEP Surveys were analyed and Student Engagement emerged as the overall theme. Four subcategories were identified and related subcommittees were created as follows:
