The college is pleased to offer online courses that will help you meet your personal and academic goals.
To assist you in being successful in online courses, you are encouraged to review all of the orientation materials before beginning the course and as often as necessary until you become comfortable with the format of your courses. The goal of this site is to help you increase your readiness, as well as your self-confidence, in taking online courses. When you have completed this orientation site, you should have accomplished the following: Become familiar with online course delivery tools, methods, and requirements Gained a basic familiarity with positive learning and studying strategies for online learning Become acquainted with communication, interaction, and protocol with online instructors Become fairly comfortable with course delivery software and hardware Gained an understanding of your responsibilities as a distance or online student Gained an understanding of how to resolve basic technical problems or find appropriate assistance
