ADMISSIONS & RECORDS DEPARTMENT Post Office Box 958 Brewton, AL 36427 Phone: 251-809-1594 Fax: 251-809-1593 Located in the Wallace Building, Brewton Campus Office Hours: Mon.-Thurs. 7:30am-4:30pm and Fri. 7:30am-3:30pm Mission Statement It is the mission of the Registrar's Office to: compile, process, and maintain accurate and secure records for all students currently and previously enrolled; accomplish academic registration and commencement, including graduation evaluation; and provide academic record services as required according to college and State Board of Education policy. To fulfill this mission, the Registrar's Office has established the following goals: To serve the college community with integrity, security, and in an attentive and cordial manner, with equal treatment to all; To provide a well coordinated registration process that is student oriented and efficient; To maintain records that are safe, accurate, easily understood, and available in a timely manner; To supply clear and accurate information regarding admissions policies, transfer credit acceptibility, and degree requirements, and; To fully comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (FERPA).
